Most unopened items can be returned within 60 days for:

    •    A full refund (minus return shipping), or

    •    100% store credit (minus return shipping)

           The customer decides.

Note: CPAP machines, masks, and oxygen concentrators have detailed return guidelines below.

Note: Return shipping costs apply unless the customer has purchased Redo, which covers return label costs.

Bonus: Customers choosing store credit will receive additional incentives (bonus credit or exclusive offers).

    •    Opened masks may be returned within 60 days for an exchange toward a new mask (one-time offer per customer).

    •    Unopened masks are eligible for a refund or store credit (minus return shipping unless Redo was purchased)

Eligible CPAP machines can be returned within 60 days for:

    •    A refund (minus return shipping), or

    •    Store credit (minus return shipping)

Customers with Redo will have return shipping covered.

    •    Unopened units may be returned within 60 days for a refund or store credit (minus return shipping) 

    •    Opened oxygen concentrators are not eligible for return.

Return shipping is only covered if the customer has purchased Redo.

    •    Returns must be in original packaging, in like-new condition, and undamaged.

    •    Orders may be modified before shipping without penalty.

As per manufacturer policy, all CSpring products must be unopened and returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund (minus return shipping)
