Unopened Products

Unopened products within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund in store credit or a refund to the original form of payment with a 15% restocking fee.

Opened Products

Opened products (excluding oxygen concentrators) can be returned within 30 days for store credit.

While we allow orders to be modified before they ship with no penalty, we also encourage you to read our detailed product descriptions and reach out to our team of experts. We are here to help guide you through complicated specifications and features so that you can be certain the product you are ordering is right for you. 

This excludes CPAP machines that are covered by our 30-Day Trial and CPAP masks which are covered by our 30-Day Mask Exchange.

CSpring Products

According to the manufacturer’s policy, all CSpring products must be unopened and eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
