Once an order is canceled, Sleeplay releases the funds immediately. However, it typically takes 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Please note: HSA/FSA cards may take longer to reflect the refund due to additional processing by those financial institutions.

As soon as the refund is processed on our end, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the refund details.
