We understand that finding the right CPAP mask and adjusting to therapy can take time. That’s why we offer our 60-Night Mask Guarantee to help you find a comfortable fit.

How it works:

You may exchange your CPAP mask one (1) time only within 60 days of your original purchase.

This is a single-use exchange benefit — once the exchange has been used, it cannot be used again.

You may choose a different mask model or size for your replacement.

You are not required to return your original mask — you may keep it.

Important limitations:

The 60-Night Mask Guarantee allows for only one exchange per customer (lifetime).

Multiple or consecutive exchanges are not permitted.

Once your exchange has been completed, any additional mask purchases are final sale and not eligible for further exchanges under this program.

The returns portal may display standard return options (such as store credit), but mask exchanges under this guarantee are handled separately when applicable.

How to request your exchange:

To begin your exchange request, please submit through our online returns portal. If your request qualifies under the 60-Night Mask Guarantee but is not displaying correctly, our team will assist you directly.

Additional notes:

This guarantee applies only to CPAP masks.

Any other items in your order are subject to our standard return policy.
