You may exchange a CPAP mask once per lifetime within 60 days of your original purchase. This gives you time to try the mask, assess the fit, and determine if it meets your needs. If it doesn’t, you can exchange it for a different mask or size of your choice — and you do not need to return the original mask. You may keep it.

To start the exchange process, simply submit your request through our online returns portal.
