We understand that finding the right CPAP mask and adjusting to therapy can take time. That's why we offer our 60-Night Mask Guarantee to help you find a comfortable fit.

How it works:

You may exchange your CPAP mask for a different model or size — one (1) time only within 60 nights of your original purchase.

This is a single-use benefit — once your exchange has been used, it cannot be used again.

Important limitations:

The 60-Night Mask Guarantee allows for only one exchange per customer (lifetime).

Multiple or consecutive exchanges are not permitted.

Once your exchange has been completed, the replacement mask you receive is not eligible for a further exchange under this program.

How to request your exchange:

To begin, submit your request through our online returns portal here. If your request qualifies under the 60 Night Mask Guarantee but isn't displaying correctly, our team will assist you directly.
