How does the 60-Day Risk Free on CPAP Machines work?Updated 9 days ago

Your 60-day return period starts from the day we ship your machine to you. After this period, we don’t accept return requests. To start the return process, contact Sleeplay, state the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

We offer store credit at 100% of the original purchase price. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund.

When you return your machine, ensure it reaches us within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Your machine must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition (just like when you received it), and without any physical damage.

Once your return is approved, a refund (minus the return shipping label cost) or store credit will be issued.

Please remember that we don’t issue refunds for machines returned damaged, defective, or without their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for heavily used or damaged machines.

Customers can use our 60-day return policy for any CPAP machine once.
