We understand that finding the right CPAP mask and adjusting to sleeping with one can be challenging. That’s why we offer a 30-day Mask Exchange Program to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

You may exchange a CPAP mask once per lifetime within 30 days of your original purchase. This allows time to try the mask, assess the fit, and determine if it meets your needs. If it doesn’t, you can exchange it for a different mask or size of your choice.

To start the exchange process, simply submit your request through our online returns portal.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a gift card equal to the amount paid for the original mask (excluding shipping). You can then use that gift card toward the purchase of a new mask. If the new mask costs less than the original, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card.

Please note: This guarantee applies only to CPAP masks. Any other items purchased in the same order are subject to our General Return Policy.
