At Sleeplay, we take pride in our rapid fulfillment process to ensure you never miss a night of therapy. Because orders are processed for shipping immediately, the window for cancellations is very narrow.
- Standard Orders: Cancellation requests must be received before an order is marked as "Shipped." Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled.
- Best Effort Guarantee: We will do our absolute best to honor cancellation requests received via phone, Email, or chat.However, due to our automated processing, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once it has entered the fulfillment queue.
- Subscription Orders: Subscriptions must be canceled or modified before the next recurring order is generated. If an order is generated before the subscription is canceled, it will follow our standard shipping and cancellation rules.
- Post-Shipping Recourse: If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you may follow our Standard Return Procedure once the package arrives. Please note that shipping fees may be non-refundable, and items must remain unopened to qualify for a return.
