Which products do not have discounts applied?Updated a month ago

Most of our catalog is included in site-wide sales and promo codes. Some items are discounted at a set rate, and a small number are excluded entirely.

Items with a set discount rate

Certain products are discounted at a fixed rate that doesn't change during site-wide sales, and doesn't stack with promo codes:

• Select accessories and replacement parts — 15% off
• Portable Oxygen Concentrators — 15% off
• CPAP Batteries — 15% off
• SleepHQ O2 Sleep Tracking Ring Pro — 15% off
• Stationary Oxygen Concentrators — 10% off

Items that don't receive discounts

• Home Sleep Tests — WatchPAT One, NightOwl, and Wesper
• Services & programs — RxExpress prescription renewal, sleep consults, sleep coaching, and the CPAP Masterclass
• Gift cards and Free Returns & Package Protection
• Certified Pre-Owned and Pre-Owned machines — already priced below retail and sold as Final Sale
• CSpring products — humidifier refill systems, RediClean, and their filters and accessories
• Ozlo products — Sleepbuds, Sleepbuds 2, and the travel case
• Select brand-restricted items — Embr Wave 2, Bongo RX Annual Pack, myTAP PAP, and Hush Strips
• A limited group of replacement parts and accessories where supplier pricing doesn't allow reductions

How it works at checkout

You'll always see the final price on the product page and in your cart. If an item is excluded or set at a fixed rate, the site-wide discount simply won't apply to it — the rest of your cart is unaffected.
